Supporting AIDS Healthcare Foundation with tents, tables, chairs and full event setup.
AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s AHF Wellness Center in Whitehaven hosts an annual food giveaway for the Memphis community. For this event, the organization chose 901 Memphis Event Rentals to provide the equipment and handle setup and dismantling.
The organizers needed covered food distribution stations, tables for arranging food, and extra seating. With hot weather expected, they also asked for a large drum fan.
What We Provided
- Six 10 x 10 tents
- Eight 6-foot rectangular tables
- Three 60-inch round tables
- 24 white folding chairs
- One large drum fan
The tents and rectangular tables created the food distribution area. The round tables and chairs gave people a place to gather and sit, and the drum fan kept air moving through the heat.
Full Setup Before Opening
Our team set up the tents, tables and chairs by 9:00 a.m., ahead of the event’s 10:00 a.m. start.
The schedule also called for dismantling by 2:00 p.m. that same day. With our team handling installation and breakdown, the organizers could focus on the giveaway and the community members they were serving.
A Successful Community Event
The event was a success, and the director expressed appreciation for our team’s work.
We were glad to support an organization bringing food assistance to the Memphis community, and to provide the equipment and setup the day needed.
