A coordinated tent, table and chair setup, with morning installation and same-day pickup.
When a real estate property management firm hosted a grand opening for a newly renovated apartment community in Memphis, they chose 901 Memphis Event Rentals to provide the event’s tent, tables, chairs and white linens.
The client needed an outdoor setup ready before guests arrived, along with a team that could meet a strict installation and removal schedule.
What We Provided
- One 20 x 40 tent
- 24 white resin garden chairs
- Three 60-inch round tables
- Two 8-foot rectangular tables
- One 6-foot rectangular table
- White tablecloths for all six tables
The round tables gave guests space to gather. The rectangular tables handled food service and other event needs. White chairs and matching linens kept the whole setup looking consistent.
Ready Before the Event Began
The event started at 11:00 a.m., and setup had to be finished by 9:30 a.m.
Our team completed the tent, table and chair setup by the required deadline. That gave the client time to make final preparations before the celebration.
The client also required all equipment to be removed by 5:00 p.m. that same day. We returned after the event and completed dismantling and pickup by 4:00 p.m., one hour ahead of the deadline.
A Successful Grand Opening and a Returning Client
The event came together beautifully. The client has since hired 901 Memphis Event Rentals for two more major grand openings.
